Important for Made-to-Measure Products

• Many of our products are printed and made to measure based on each individual customer.
  
• Because these are unique to each customer, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted if you change your mind or are unhappy with a custom print/outcome.
  
• If you believe we’ve made an error, please email us with photos so we can investigate and find a resolution.
  

Refunds & Credits

• Refunds are generally issued as store credit, discounts, or reprints.
  
• We work with customers to find the best resolution for each case.
  
• Refunds are not available for:
  General wear and tear
  Sale items

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  
• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Accepted for manufacturing or production faults only (photo evidence required).
  

Payment Methods

• PayPal purchases: refunds may be processed back to PayPal (subject to their terms).
  
• Credit card purchases: processed via Stripe (subject to Stripe’s terms).
  

Return Costs

• If glytch requests goods be returned for credit or refund, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise advised.
  
• No refund or credit will be issued until faulty goods are received.
